PREVENTS WATER OVERFLOWS
SciFlair Water Control System prevents tank overflows and cuts water wastage. It offers automatic pump control at remote locations while monitoring water levels in the reservoir tanks.
Each control box contains an Axino SM01 series communication module plugged on to a purpose built SX142 expansion board. Water flow meters reading are sent to the Axino cloud for online monitoring.
In addition to tank over flows, the system prevents dry running and over heating of pump motors. It is capable of reporting pipe burst incidents and abnormal water consumption patterns.
CHOICE OF COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
The control box modular architecture with SM01 common header offers the flexibility to communicate using GSM, WiFi, Ethernet, LoRa, Mesh or SigFox technologies covering a wide range of installation scenarios.
The water level sensor consists of multiple float switches attached to an aluminium bar. They communicate to SX142 over RS485 cable. Large number of float switches are daisy chained over a single cable to cover the depth of water tank.
ONLINE LEVEL MONITORING
An online application reports the status of water pumps, flow meter readings and water tank levels. The software also provides manual control of motors during an emergency.
SciFlair water control system is a field proven solution which can be scaled for large area implementation. It follows SciFlair Axino architecture which supports easy integration with third party systems using webhooks and REST API.
